Hello, I’m Jennifer Patterson, seeking reelection as director for our Chamber of Commerce. I’ve enjoyed serving our business community, chairing International Women’s Day twice, and contributing to the tradeshow committee by introducing the Fun Zone. With a passion for progress and collaboration, I’m committed to continuing the work we’ve started and making a lasting impact. Your support means the world.

Bill Roberts, Music Society of Strathcona County
I would like to be part of the Chamber Board to assist in the ongoing growth of the Chamber.  The growth of the Chamber and its support of the local business community and nonprofit organizations is amazing.  I also believe the Chamber can be a great resource for the Arts and Culture Community in Sherwood Park.  My past experience includes being a board president with three different organizations, and I feel I would be a great fit to work with the board.

Mike Roppelt, GSS Integrated Energy Ltd.
I have been a member of the Chamber for 26 years and served on the board of directors and executive. I enjoy volunteering for events such as the Trade Fair and the Parade

I initiated and chaired the Environment Committee that has been very successful in bringing like businesses in this sector together and collaborating on projects.

Over my tenure at the chamber, I have attended and provided input on topics of concern for business at all three levels of government to ensure business has a strong voice. I am humbly asking for your support to represent you on the board.

Preet Sandhu, Gallo LLP., Chartered Professional Accountants
As a Partner at Gallo LLP., I have had an opportunity to help many businesses in Sherwood Park. I feel I can bring this passion and value to the table and help our Chamber continue to be a strong presence in the community. I am also the current Treasurer of Belvedere Men’s League, which has given me experience on how to be part of an effective and strong board. Having a term under my belt has given me a great idea of what it entails, and I look forward to contributing even more in the upcoming term. Please let me know if you would like to discuss further or have any questions.

Marty Shigehiro, Shig’s Flowers
I respectfully ask that members re-elect me to the chamber board, to use my knowledge and previous experience to represent the chamber membership. I would, if elected, make the best decisions from a business perspective for the direction of the chamber and when advocating to the three levels of government. I would also serve as a liaison taking concerns from the membership to the board for action.
