Make sure to attend the Exhibitors’ Information Evening at the Sherwood Park & District Chamber of Commerce, 100 Ordze Avenue, Sherwood Park on Monday, March 30, 2026 from 6-7:30 pm.

Exhibitor Parking & Shuttle Bus Map

Exhibitors must park in the designated lot near the Clarion Hotel and may use the free shuttle, as the main Millennium Place parking is reserved for Trade Fair attendees and guests.

The Show Guide is handed out to all the attendees at the Trade Fair.

  • The Great Canadian Trade Fair & Show has it’s own hashtag! Share and follow updates before, during, and after the event using #2026GCTF.

Trade Fair Tips & Tricks

  • The Chamber rewards exhibitors for going above and beyond… Build your best booth! If you win our Best Booth in Show (2 prizes – (1) Reno Hall & (2) Expo Hall) you could win 50% off your Booth Rental (to a maximum of $400).

  • Participate in our Stamp Around program to drive traffic to your booth. Attendees will visit participating booths and have the corresponding square stamped. At the end of the show, there will be a draw and the winner will receive a prize. Space is limited, sign up early!

  • If you have a display that pulls a lot of power (shower heads, massage chairs, food booths, etc.) make sure you check with Goodkey Show Services to make sure you have enough power. Call Goodkey Show Services toll free at 1-877-726-2211.

  • Please contact Goodkey Show Services at 780-426-2211 to arrange for any extra services you require.

  • Need Hotel Accommodations? The Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre is conveniently located right next to Millennium Place
