The Honourable Nate Glubish, MLA Strathcona – Sherwood Park, and Minister of Service Alberta spoke to members of the Sherwood Park & District Chamber of Commerce about the 2019 Alberta Budget at their weekly Breakfast Network Meeting on November 11, 2019. Jordan Walker, MLA for Sherwood Park, was also in attendance.
Minister Glubish emphasized that the 2019 Alberta Budget is about getting Albertans back to work, balancing the deficit, and standing up for our province at the federal level. The provincial government is focused on reducing Red Tape and fighting for our energy services – topics that the Chamber has been actively advocating for on behalf of our businesses.
Minister Glubish reviewed how the 2019 Budget will affect local businesses and took questions from our membership on the 2019 Alberta Budget, including how the provincial government plans to work more with private corporations and non-profit organizations.
