During show hours, all exhibitors must park in the designated Exhibitor Parking area located in the Clarion Hotel’s northeast parking lot.
A complimentary exhibitor shuttle will run between this lot and the Millennium Place main entrance. You may also walk to the front entrance if you prefer.
Why this matters: Parking at Millennium Place is very limited and fills up quickly. Since the recreation facility remains open during Trade Fair hours, many spaces are already taken by recreation users in addition to Trade Fair guests. From past experience, we know that potential customers leave without attending simply because they cannot find a place to park. Every exhibitor vehicle occupying a customer parking spot directly reduces the number of attendees who enter the show.
Please note: No commercial or heavy trucks or trailers may remain overnight in the Millennium Place parking lot during the show.
